We vaccinate against the flu, but treatment? Not that I'm aware of. It's rest, hydrate, and take something to reduce fever.

I swam in a lagoon in Iceland a couple of years ago. The lagoon was around 90 degrees F. It is naturally geothermically heated. The air was around 45 or 50 F. It was pretty amazing.
