· 4h Seems like the Flyers are going to be giving Carter Hart a bit of a break, with the focus on him practicing to clean up elements of his game. He won't start tonight (not even dressing) and he won't start Wednesday. Will be working with Kim Dillabaugh over the next few days.

Had a Beyond Burger tonight. I'm Catholic, it is a Lenten Friday, and I am so sick of fish, and grilled cheese, and needed some protein. You know what? It wasn't just "not bad." The freaking thing was delicious! I mean out of dis world delicious. I am betting dat in 30 years, they'll find chemicals in dis thing dat will kill me. But I really did like it. Toppings were conventional: LTO, American cheese, pickles (dill, the dummies) and mustard. Nothing special.

I would rather have Vesey and Simmonds than picks in the 3d and 5th rounds. NHL draft picks after the second round are nearly valueless, IMO. Yes, teams hit on one here or there (hi Ryan; hi Viktor), but not often.
