Oh, believe me, I am in full agreement on this one. It may be the dumbest name in pro sports when you consider it abstractly. And it has nothing to do with Cody killing bison--it's just *dumb*. But because of the two team names, we're left with little choice when it comes to logos. A Buffalo or a B (representing Buffalo and thereby reflecting the city) is going to be involved. Note that the Bandits don't have to revert to that.

I'm not sure what you're disagreeing with. All I said was that they looked gassed at the end--not that they looked gassed all game. And also that they played hard.

I was able to watch the tribute and then parts of each period. Wow, were the Sabres gassed at the end. I'm surprised by this; it's a young team. But also wow, did they play hard. A very nice evening/night.
