There are two Sabres in the top ten in points ...Dahlin and TNT with 14 are 9/10. There are two Sabres in the top ten in goals VO (8) is tied for third and Thompson (7) for fourth. I can't remember the last time that was true even this early in the season.

I think Meatballs wants to get the young players as many games as he can get em. He, and the Sabres, want them playing in all situations to gain experience. Hiney-Stroka will have to hit his stroke every 6 games or so unless or until an injury occurs.

The boys were buzzing tonight. Through 2 atleast, so far. I knew the score before hand but wow these guys are making some plays!

Kulich 😍 that shot! The Weissbach goal was a great play all the way around by the Amerks. Laaksonen with the hustle rush and Rousek with a great secondary assist imo. The Bjork Jobst and Warren line work well together

Finally finished this game this morning. Other than three quick goals and a few bad shifts late in the second, early third I thought the Sabres carried play and were the better team. They deserved to win, glad they did. Power getting big minutes is going to speed up his progression. I thought he was noticeably better in the O zone in this game. Their goal celebratory circles caught my attention. They have a very tight group right now. They seem to truly love playing for the next man. Good *****!
