I looked over a few pages and couldn't find anything for this year's playoffs yet. I feel like this topic needs its own thread. Mods, If there is somewhere else this should be please feel free to merge. After a short season where teams were grouped together regionally for the most part and played each other more times than usual, the heat is already turned up for most of these matchups entering the first round.

We are living in a world where Nathan Gerbe keeps reappearing in the NHL and scoring goals. Will Matt Moulson get a call up to the Capitals practice squad for the playoffs? Moulson currently sits at 21 points in 30 games for the Hershey Bears.

What about Girardi and Ellis? How much of the improved play is attributed to them? Will they return to the bench with him? Should they be replaced if Granato returns as HC?

Overall I thought Murray looked ok,, he got to the net quite a bit and almost scored. The rest of the ice I felt like he was a little lost and not quite as hard on the puck in battles as he should be for a man his size.
