Born and raised in WNY on the Sabres and Bills. Sabres and hockey were my first love, the Bills were my grandfathers influence. I loved the Yankees as a kid because my cousin was a Jays fan and I still catch a game when i can. I'm getting into U of Kentucky BB this season from scratch because I live locally now and would love to attend a few games. Magic was my favorite player growing up but I don't watch the NBA any more.

It's gonna take a competent GM to get out of this. The goaltending isn't sustainable for a full season. If I was GMKA i'd send Levi down asap with the plan to leave him there this season. I'd jump on the phone and trade for a vet G who can hold down #1 duties this season and include one of UPL or Comrie in the deal, if they'll take em. It's gonna cost something, atleast a pick and prospect they'd rather keep. D stop using Tuch and Tage on the PK and look for some help in the form of a guy or two to eat those minutes and not much else. I'd call up Kulich and give him some games. I know its still early, there may be time to salvage the season but I'd do something! Can't do nothing imo.

Happy Birthday to an early idol in my life. Love Gilbert Perreault! I was him on the streets when I was a kid scoring goals called by RJ. Perreault shoveled snow, he called out cars and he damn sure gave it all he had every night on the street.

This will be his last stand imo. Bad timing for my post but doesn't change the fact that a faction of the fan base is done with him. I can see him rotating out a few games this season. I'm on record having said that already in the offseason so I stand by it.

I have a feeling Krebs is going to take a "mental health" break. The need for a vet fourth line guy was obvious before the season and now here we are. Okposo..oof the good vibes are ending, again. Zemgus..he's honestly more interested in what's going on at home than hockey nowadays. Terry just threw his guy an extra years worth of dough to ride into the sunset with. I still like Josts game, he could use a few more minutes to round it out. Goal V...ugh. They have helped him drive his value into the ground. Cozens, if we are including him here since Mitts has arisen, needs to slow his game down and get back to that White Horse attitude. He's young and still a work in progress regardless of last seasons amazingness. He'll be fine.

JJP is dreamy. My confidence in him is growing by the game. He is still only a fraction of what he's going to become. I'm most excited about him right now than anyone in the organization.
