About what I thought. When housley talked up Ennis, figured they'd protect him. Remember Ennis and girgs were really good before being stifled by dckhead Dan. I liked carrier's size and speed but he has shown he can be even a semi decent scorer in the NHL. The one reason I think that LV won't take moulsen in a side deal is moulsen and his family really love buffalo and mcphee wouldn't have any to uproot them. My guess of a deal is, "if you don't want us to take ullmark, then expose carrier." Ideally they'd take BOGO or moulsen but I don't see that happening

I don't think they'll protect BOGO. We'll know soon. I think Larsson, foligno and girgs are more valuable to our team than BOGO, considering the salaries involved. Faulk is the one who gets exposed who was going to be protected before the Baloo trade

You're comparing 2 different things. In the mcEichel draft we had a 20% chance of picking first and a 100% chance of picking 1 or 2. This year we have a 7.6% chance of first and a 23% chance approximately of 1-2-3.
