I've made it twice now, and it really is good (maybe even better as leftovers!). I would double the enchilada sauce, though -- as written it didn't seem like quite enough.

Ordered some inserts for my snowboard boots Monday night that I'm hoping will help with the fit, and on Tues. morning I got a shipment confirmation email (sweet!). Since the company is based in NY and they were shipping via USPS I figured they'd probably arrive today, except the package is STILL in "pre-shipment" (aka not actually picked up by the carrier)! Blargh.

I have mixed feelings; as others have pointed out, it's entirely possible that Dom wanted a simple ceremony. I found it a little odd he was on the ice by himself as well, but again, surely he could have asked his family to come out with him if he'd wanted? It also seemed the crowd wasn't nearly as loud as I would've expected, but that might have just been a difference in how the broadcast audio mix was set.

Think it had more to do with Stewart being out (flu), but I didn't realize they'd played together in Detroit so cool for Ellis to be there tonight.

So Stewart out with the flu, and Zadorov likely to be scratched again. Ellis, Varone, and Dalpe all recalled from the Amerks... oof, this lineup looks bad on paper.
