  1. That was an epic contest. Nice to have one more of those at the old stadium. A neutral fan would absolutely love it. This game will be repeated on NFL Network all week.
  2. Better luck next time.
  3. Sorry they won. That win pretty much cements a wild card berth, assuming we don't throw up on ourselves against the Jets. 10 wins should do it. But the division is New England's.
  4. But you didn't see Tuch's egregious turnover at the blue line that led to goal #2, or the keystone cop line change that led to goal #3? You just know UPL's sv% was 8-something. Okay.
  5. You don't really know what you have in goal when you endlessly stress them with sloppy play. Good teams simply don't leave their goalies hanging like we do.
  6. Just the fact so many goals we allow come off of turnovers should tell you everything. Better goalie? How about fewer mistakes?
  7. If you walk away from this game thinking UPL is the problem, I am at a loss for words. The team in front of him is a total clown show. 🤡 I don't care what goalie plays behind this team. They will all have save percentages in the .800's.
  8. Long slow shots. Comrie would welcome them.
  9. None of the Sabres shots or offensive zone possessions are dangerous.
  10. It's like a beer league team on their first game together.
  11. How can we be this bad at passing the puck? Is Lindy okay with this?
  12. That might say it all. So you're saying you don't know how those two goals were scored? Okay.
  13. How about Jarmo? I'll bet he has Torts on speed dial.
  14. You don't watch. You look at a stat. You decide this is all on UPL. 🙄
  15. I played the position most of my life. So I identify.
  16. Your not being King Solomon splitting blame. I'm saying Tuch bears more blame for his totally avoidable error. Goalies don't stop every breakaway. That is a fact. Giving up breakaways is far worse than getting beat by them because giving up a breakaway is usually an avoidable mental error.
  17. Do you understand how odds work? Note: the penalty shot he stopped.
  18. I did....in the very post you're responding to. 😂 Re-read it.
  19. Lol, he wasn't 20ft out when he shot. People really really have no idea.
  20. You don't understand the level of culpability in that sequence. There's a reason they call breakaways "high-danger chances." It's not a given a goalie will make the save, while not turning the puck over is kind of a given for the "top free agent target."
