    Being a goalie myself I can't help but focus on what Ward did wrong there. He played it perfectly until he lifted his stick off the ice. Your stick is your fiend. Treat it like a third leg. Always keep it flat on the ice in front of the shooter.

    I could hear "Let's go Sabres" chants in the first period when they were attacking. It really looked like Buffalo was going to win then. I'm sure all the air was let out when Kasdorf got lit up like a Christmas tree.

    I'm not saying this just because he's given up 3 goals... Kasdorf isn't NHL material. The shots are beating him. He's not quick enough.

    Myers would blow a tire every so often, fall down in a heap and turn the puck over. I've yet to see Bogo do that.

    Having had a clot in my leg once they put you on blood thinners for 3 months minimum. I don't know where they get one month from if he has a deep vein thrombosis. They don't necessarily come back but I got mine from a puck glancing off my calf muscle.
