  1. Goatheads & Butterknives.
  2. The game will be on ESPN+. (The subscription streaming service, not regular ESPN.)
  3. Biro will be replacing Eichel on #1 line, Jack to the taxi squad.
  4. Things will change a lot over the next few weeks. Decisions will be made on Cozens and Quinn. Ruotsalainen may be right back up.
  5. I find it curious how WGR lays him off, WGRZ Ch.2 hires him, then WGR hires him back as a contributor at (I assume) much less money. Entercom's accountants must be tickled.
  6. I think with expanded rosters pickings will be slim.
  7. Anyone know when final cuts happen? Gotta be soon.
  8. With ads on them I assume. But you couldn't have some fan cutouts behind the glass? Swap them out every game?
  9. Wonder why no 100 level cutouts?
  10. Yes. It's likely not new money coming in.
  11. The Bills set aside a little over 500 tickets for in-house and league use. Only about 6,200 were distributed to fans. I assume the Pegulas can let in whoever they want.
  12. I wonder if players will be at the Bills playoff game?
  13. Anyone we want?
  14. Rumor is they are putting their name on Bills Stadium.
  15. Did they increase the number of national TV games for the Sabres? I thought it was only 3 originally.
  16. And New Hampshire, where I live, has a sizable French Canadian immigrant population. Many came down from Quebec to work in the linen mills along the Merrimack River. The west side of Manchester is like a Little Quebec. Also don't forget the Acadians (or Cajuns) who migrated from Quebec when the British expelled them for refusing to pledge loyalty to the Crown. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expulsion_of_the_Acadians
  17. Me neither if done tastefully. Hate to see this turn into the Euro hockey logo mish-mosh. Who did the Sabres sign? Labatt's? Mighty Taco?
  18. What's the diff between this and naming rights for stadiums? That's why you do it, though it's hardly free.
  19. Marriot Harborcenter, I assume.
  20. So the red-eye on Air Pegula got them to Buffalo early this morning. Rest up, boys.
  21. So the Russians can't make the Canadian team, but they smoke the Americans, who shut out Canadians?
  22. Surprising result. I figured USA would get run over.
  23. Hard to say. I know the folks who manage SNHU Arena (as it's called now) would love to fill their schedule with some hockey. For AHL I bet they could sellout every game (at 1K fans.)
  24. That's the point. NH is more lenient with it's Covid rules and would likely allow some fans. 10K arena, say 1K fans?
