I thought the power play was moving the puck really well and getting chances. They certainly kept the puck in the Rangers end more than usual. In fact I thought the Sabres put in a great effort last night. They were getting outplayed early, then took the game over. They were better than the Rangers for most of the game. They were physical and played solid defense but for two failed clears that led to goals. A couple of stupid puck luck goals late made it seem worse than it was. Of course if you didn't watch you wouldn't know that. See everyone Saturday. 😂

I finally caught up to the end. Had to watch on delay. Sucks they didn't score but I liked the way they played overall. I'll be at the Bruins game.

Outfield tickets were like $2! Honestly I thought the Blue Jays were screwed when they let the Yankees come back on them in Game 3. In fact if I was in my home state at the time I would have bet the Yankees to win the series because that's how it goes. Luckily I couldn't. 😆

Except when we hang 5 on their starter in the 1st period, they pull that guy, and his back up shuts us out and we end up losing 6-5. 🤣

I can't say I've seen many Thunderbird games on FloHockey, but his stats (.920sv%) and awards (Springfield Team MVP) and the way Blues fans are grousing over losing him, tell me he's worth a claim. At 25 it's time see what he can do in the bigs.

As if you need another reason. Grabbing Ellis is the kind of move you often advocate for; pouncing when talent ends up on the waiver wire.

I could only imagine if another team picked up Ellis on waivers. That team would have been soooo much smarter than the Sabres.

Tuch was chipper at the autograph signing event, chatting up fans, etc.

(Avert your eyes of you don't want to be triggered 😂) He's couldn't stop praising Sabres ownership for having events like this autograph session. He said the Maple Leafs would never dream of it. And it was a great event. You got to interact with every Sabres player.

Great autograph event at KBC. Every current Sabre was there. I got every player on my black Goat head jersey, except for Tage. He signed a white #72 jersey for me. Ryan Johnson was by far the most into meeting the fans. People were congratulating him for make the big club and he really appreciated it. Pictures as soon as Postimages starts working again.
