I would...actually take that? Because then they'd HAVE to trade up and get Rosen, which is who I want anyways. If they can move up to 5 or 6 with only using 12 and 22, get Rosen, and still have 5 (6? I can't remember) picks remaining in rounds 2 and 3 I'm walking away from this draft super happy.

I want to preface this by saying that I think that drafting a RB first overall is inherently a bad idea. Probably even drafting one in the first round. BUT. If the Browns really want Barkley, they could easily take him first and then draft one of Darnold, Allen, or Mayfield (or Rosen, for that matter) at 4. If they grade 3 QBs around the same, then they might as well do that. They'd be smarter doing that then trading out, because its possible that if someone trades into that spot that there could be 3 QBs gone by the time the Browns are up. Drafting Barkley 1 and drafting at 3 is the only way they get Barkley and one of their guys (probably).

Also there is no position in hockey, probably not in all of sports, that is as uniquely important to their team as the QB is in football.

If you want to keep it on the Royalty/Nobility track you can always try Downton Abbey. Its a soap opera, but a pretty good one. Westworld Season 2 started last night; I haven't watched it yet because the wife was tired, but I'm diving in tonight whether she's ready or not.

Everyone has Mayfield to the Jets, but I could totally see them going Allen for the exact reasons you list. Plus they're the Jets.

I do sort of miss the days of it always being in NYC because the Jets always drafted (still draft?) TERRIBLE. Nothing like seeing the light of joy drain from every dude wearing green's face when the pick came out. I have no good reason for this, but I think I hate the Jets more than I hate anyone else in the AFC East, which would mean I hate them the most in the league. I love watching them fail. yes!

This is the first post on the new page for me, so I am not going back to see what the hell happened. On the QB thing, if the Bills manage to stay at 12 and still Rosen that will be a coup beyond words. Heck, even if they move up to 8 or 10 or something to get ahead of Miami for it. If they can pick Rosen and STILL have the second first rounder that will be a great job by Beane and Company.

If I could, I'd get my arms tailored to be a little shorter, honestly, haha.

The lesson from all of this is that Middle School children are the worst.

I feel like its happened less and less the last couple of years. But to add to that: 1) They could be looking to trade out, so they have no incentive to tell anyone ahead of time and 2) They have the 4th pick, so they want to keep people guessing about what they'll do up top

Now on book 8 of 14 of Wheel of Time. Its getting to be a grind. But every time when I finish a book I want to go into the next one right away, so I haven't taken a real break.
