I really want to, but it just doesn't seem to work quite as well as I thought it would.. I'm no expert, of course. I think ideally we'd see Tage on the right, Skinner on the left, and Jack in the middle. A couple of scorers to go with playmaker Jack, which I think is a role he's been settling in to. Reino likes to control the puck, which seems to fight against Jack's forte's (specifically, his zone entries, which are some of the best in the league). Tage gives a little size on that line, too.

Correct. However I think he's currently physically in Buffalo for Hockey Fights Cancer stuff, so...

I hope he's wrong.

Never went to a game, but I did go to the circus there was I was young. I've said this before, but really my only memory of that place was my mother holding my hand like grim death as we walked down the oranges to our seats.

Thing I don't really want to happen, but kind of hope happens: Gudas comes in for a cheap shot on Dahlin. Dahlin does that backwards check thing and just drops him.

There are a lot of things that point to this being a fair bit of puck luck and that the team will regress. Its probably true, and you should be mentally prepared for it. BUT that doesn't mean that we can't have a ton of fun with this team in the mean time. What it DOES mean is that Botterill still has a lot of work to do. What he does in the next year regardless of the success of the team will tell me a lot about the type of GM he's going to be.
