  1. Thats awesome.
  2. I love Heady. It hits every note just right for me.
  3. Just watched the latest episode. It was very good. I don't see any of our intrepid crew making it out of this alive. Maybe Ani. I'm also worried that Ray is the only one who didn't make plans for his family. Also, I'm out of town next week, so I have to wait 2 weeks to see the finale! Bullcrap.
  4. I get why he left and that it wasn't all on him, but man, if he'd stayed here for 5 more years what could have been. I'm not even sure if we would have won the cup; probably not. But jeeze, he could have been an all-time Sabre, at least from a fan perspective.
  5. I'm pretty sure Battista has just fully warged into Pegula, and he no longer has any need for his old body.
  6. *fingers in ears* la la la. Not hearing Pumking yet. Want to enjoy my summer. la la la. Speaking of beer in Summer, consider this your official invite:
  7. Ya'll have inspired me. Gonna grab my tackle from my parents on Sunday, then probably head out Monday or Tuesday to Squaw (Unity) Island and take a shot at some small mouth. I haven't caught anything bigger than a perch in probably 10 years, so that'll be fun.
  8. Kitsch is doing a good job with what he's been given, he just hasn't been given enough to make him worth while.
  9. Too many cooks. 4 main characters? To much. I think they could have cut Paul entirely and not have lost anything.
  10. There's a lot left to tie up. Each of the Big Four have a major plotline to tie up. Ani and her abuse, Paul and the Black Mountain stuff, Velcoro and the rapist, and Semyons whole storyline (no way he lives, right?). Not to mention the original case.
  11. Not sure why Minnesota, but from tweets I've seen that is where the previous CBA designated any of these sort of proceedings played out. That changed with the more recent CBA, probably mostly because all the rulings seemed to go the NFLPA's way and the NFL didn't like that. Now it has to do with where its first filed; in this case that is NY.
  12. I'm with you on the target shooting. I used to enjoy going into the woods behind my parents house with my dad and his .22 and plinking for fun. My wife just shot a real gun for the first time a couple months ago and saw how much fun it was. Someday I'll probably pick up a shotgun and a rifle of some sort, probably just for trap and target shooting.
  13. I agree with most of that. People who know this stuff better than I do are saying its because Pizzalato(sp?) canned his director, so while the vision is still there the direction has been lost some. Makes some sense.
  14. I've heard we're becoming a destination for some of it, which is really cool. I've gotta grab my stuff from my parents and head out. I was going to get a license anyway because I'm heading up to the Adirondacks in a few weeks, so I might as well get a full year pass and get a jump on it.
  15. My parents used to take us to Tillman park in Clarence and "fish". You could stick a piece of hotdog on a hook and the little fish that were in there would go CRAZY for it. It looked like pirahna's going after a cow. They'd bite on, you'd real 'em in, and toss 'em back. They wouldn't even get hooked, they'd just be suckered on to there. Hours of fun as an 8 year old. I see people fishing out there all the time, I should do that. I could just stop on my way home from work, haha.
  16. Someday I'll get into fishing. I should start looking for someplace around me in the Buffalo I can just fish off the bank. I have a couple rods and a tackle box, so on some morning when the wife is busy I could pretty easily slip away and just fish for a while.
  17. I'm enjoying this season, but I think if it wasn't for the internet I would have given up about 2 episodes in. So many guys in brown suits, they're impossible to keep track of. Then again, this generation of TV is somewhat MEANT to be broken down online. If people are going to look for every minute detail, you have to provide those details. We expect a lot from shows these days.
  18. Get a small enough town or a big enough business and everybody is connected to everybody.
  19. Lol ohhh Uncle Terry. I remember that quip now.
  20. I well and truly have no idea what you're talking about most of the time.
  21. Ahh, the old Ideal Cow:
  22. I feel like, if nothing else, Season 2 is doing a better job with the family parts. They're much more woven into the story.
  23. Yes. Full schedule is out http://nwhl.co/schedule/
  24. Yeah, that's where I got myself by the end of that rant, haha.
