We shall see.....we shall see...... I like his writing enough and think he is clever enough to set it up for the payoff. We don't have enough public info yet to see how deep this is. If she is sitting in on Sabres stuff, does that mean IN ADDITION to Terry, or IN PLACE OF? I guess you could shake your head either way. Bucky has been consistant though in saying Terry should stay out of things, so I don't view it as a sexist comment. It's either doubling down on Pegula meddling against common sense, or she is calling the shots now instead of Terry. Either way, you would shake your head considering the original structure and stated goal of the franchise. I see it as a good thing. I suggested as much months ago. Any internet intellectual property lawyers out there? Bringing in Lafontaine, sending Murray to public speaking classes, putting Kim out there instead of Terry....geez, Ted and Gibby can at least send me an autographed Millsie 8x10.......

He's already got the lime green shirt on....just need to add the glasses... The meddling game is a joke.....and figured it would take 12 minutes to program. As for Kim Pegula....like I said, we will soon find out. If they make a bid on the Bills, let's see who is doing the talking. I heard about an ironic exchange a few weeks ago. My barometer reads "change expected". I'm anxiously awaiting instructions from our new overlord....

I don't think that's what's going on.....given the reaction of people, maybe that's the reaction he was looking for, but we will probably find out in the next few months...... Any computer programmers want to take a shot at Meddling Galaga? You can have waves of Pegulas and Battistas coming at Murray and he has to shoot them all down....

TRADE: Sabres acquire Josh Gorges from Montreal
Ghost of Dwight Drane replied to Hoss's topic in The Aud Club
Relax....she's just mad because Customs charged her duty on the 12 long sleeve flannels she bought at the Galleria last month..... -
Why are people taking Bucky's column as being sexist? It's just the opposite. Like I said, Benigni has said that Kim Pegula is moving to the forefront on ALL of the family business. Now with Bucky's article....I look at his comments as more of a, "she just ain't a pretty face like we were told." I think the question being stoked is WHY? Was this the plan all along and Terry was more of a front since it was his money that was built up over the years which allowed them to buy the team? Is Terry burned out? Does he want to worry about the Penn Staters and his gas business? I don't know...... Bucky's just taking a veiled victory lap for questioning Terry's competence the first 3 years. Now that multiple sources have told multiple media outlets what the deal is....he might as well.

You're banging through a glory hole.....that could be Bruce Valanche giving you blueballs......

Anyone see Kiko Alonso lately?........ Tanking for a 20% chance at McDavid is like stabbing yourself in the stomach because 1 of 5 nurses in the ER is smoking hot and you are hoping you get her to put in your catheter.....

I think it's sort of like adopting a cat who's a wobbler and blind in one eye. It makes the girl feel like she is doing something admirable while in reality she has just locked in unconditional love and something that relies on her and gives her constant purpose.

I was hoping the "How low do they go?" thread Taro started had to do with the string ties on her bikini bottom.... Anyhow, I think the wise PR move is being made and Kim will be the face of the Bills if purchased, and will ease into more of a public role here. Terry can smoke Cohiba's in his boxers and robe at home and clowns like myself won't have as much fodder to laugh at.

Adam Benigni, last month, said she was taking a more active role in all of the Pegula business enterprises.

No God Losing the thread...... Oh....nevermind ;)

Like I said....those are great points. Society is moving forward without me. Fair enough. I will do my best to be a vigilant custodian to those who aren't deemed to be moving forward.....including those clumps of cells that don't get the chance to move forward.... Hey...good for 1940's Germany I guess?

Ironically, the US went to an ALL VOULUNTEER MILITARY right about the time Roe vs. Wade was decided. So when you sign on the dotted line in the recruiter's office in that strip mall, you better have dome your due diligence. Jehovah's Witnesses agree with you fully, so you make a rational point. :) Well that's the thing. If we are talking about a useless clump of cells, describe it like it is. Garbage. If someone takes offense to that yet feels it's a useless clump of cells.....then maybe they have some searching to do. I don't truly believe everyone that uses these means is some loose, evildoer. I do however find it reprehensible that people could rally around this case as an "oppression to women". $9......the pill costs $9. I can understand the concern on separation of religion and state.....that is a valid concern and worth debate, but that's not what I was seeing as the conclusion from those in an uproar. I'm not crying foul over my personal issues. I'm using it as an example and to show my feelings. And I truly do feel for people that have gone through the process of not wanting to carry a child. A good person should have aftereffects. A good person should also try everything in their power not to get in that situation. I'm not against legit birth control. I'm against BS.

A baby can be born premature and not make it. It isn't murder, it is nature. How do you feel about the law? Do you think it is logical to arbitrarily put up a timeframe that defines "life" and one week, feel free to abort and have the 4 lb "clump of cells" considered medical waste, yet the next week, you are obligated by the state to get a death certificate no matter what, a birth certificate if there was any movement or body function detected whatsoever, and must give the what was just considered a clump of cells, a burial, all at the cost of the parents? Why do we not just have a law that says if a clump of cells is expelled from the woman during the period an abortion is legal, that no medical means will be used to attempt to prolong that clump of cells making it in the world? Like I said, call it what it is. I would have a lot more compassion for "women's rights" if that were the case. It's beyond sickening the movement that has happened however. Now....artificial implantation of fertilized eggs.....that is a tricky subject I admit. Like I said, I can't see myself doing so. The only way I can father a child is to basically make one in a petri dish. I don't think that is right. If a person is willing to attempt to bring fertilized eggs through full gestation to the best of their ability, then I can understand the process. If you deem something not a life because it can't take care of itself, then there never is life. A child can't survive without someone to take care of it. Before Greber, a mother used to have to pop out a boobie. Can a woman say, "It's MY body...It's MY milk...I have a choice and my choice is to let this clump of cells starve to death."? No.....she's going to jail. So just because a manmade law calls something a clump of cells, doesn't make the principal behind it any different. You are choosing to forego care and guardianship of a being that relies upon you. The audacity to then be "oppressed and outraged" because you have to pick up the $9 tab if you work at a private employer to rid yourself of that annoying clump of cells is beyond disturbing. Hey toots, you paid $150 for those heels you wore when you got bent over in the bathroom stall at the Statler on New Years and you can't come up with another 9 bucks to finish the deed? Maybe next time do the responsible thing and take the pop shot to the face...although I know it might smudge your makeup.

Actually, I accepted you challenge and did some research. It's actually 125-1. So maybe there isn't a good shot, you are correct. That makes it even more amazing the number of abortions every year. that doesn't even count these pills. I'm a sheltered soul, because people must be F'n like jackrabbits. The pills included don't exclusively "prevent" pregnancy. There is actually reason to believe that a forced menstruation takes place, which would take out the housing for a fertilized egg, especially with more than one dose over a short period of time. Like I said....I give my dog a pill for fleas. The eggs go bye-bye and nobody is the worse for wear because I never saw them and she doesn't have that pesky little annoying organism that she has to carry around. Again, I am not even against the process of a safe abortion. It's better than Loyd's Taco truck going around town with a coatrack of hangers and charging $300 for the lunch special......I feel for someone who has made the decision to go through the process. There is no way on Satan's earth however that I am going to sit back for one second and accept it's a woman's right. The law may say you can do it, but any compassionate human being who isn't in denial should accept it for what it is. This case specifically....I didn't even want to waste a reply until Butch Scissorlegs and the Sundance Kid has so many spewing crap. I really don't think you need to worry about the Hobby Lobby anyway, since there is probably more docking going on there than at the Small Boat Harbor. No. You won't change my mind. If life doesn't begin at conception, then please let me punch a broad in the stomach and not get charged with 2 felonies..... And this isn't a diatribe at you Bio. You are one of the few females who have the guts to post here and are 100% honest in your views. I just can't see ANY compassionate human being saying with a straight face that abortion isn't ending a life of another human being. Just say..."I f'd up. I don't want to do this but I f'd up." I'd understand that and be supportive....and have.

You're a big 2nd amendment guy...right? If I point a gun with live bullets at your head and pull the trigger, there is a good chance I will kill you. If you tell me to point the gun at you and pull the trigger, you know there is a good chance you will be dead. Assisted suicide. Your choice. If I point a pee-pee with live bullets at a who-ha, and that person tells me to pull the trigger........they already made their choice. They aren't the one who will die however.

I'm rooting for Brazil. Anyone that goes by the name of "Fred"....how do you not support that?

You're right.

No...to casually simplify only having 14 of 18 ways to prevent pregnancy and not take an innocent life as "Oppressing Women" makes me think people don't take life seriously. Just the fact the NY has rules which separate by a matter of days, what is a life and what isn't, is proof enough that you can put lipstick on it any way you want. For someone that regrets having to make a desperate decision, my heart goes out to you. To grandstand because a company which isn't required to insure ANYONE in the first place, and put a selfish choice of negligence or nonchalance towards innocent life.....sorry...try again.

Just talking honestly.

For stillborns, yes. It is a law I believe. OK...not only is it a law....but you can get an abortion up to 24 weeks, yet at 24 weeks you can't but if you have a miscarriage, you need a birth and death certificate, and the entity that was deemed to not have a right to life just 24 hours previous, must be buried at the parents' expense. A week prior you could just Shop-vac that puppy out and throw it in a bin. Again...who's shitting who?

I would just let it keep burning and light bottle rockets off it.... I read it the same way.....I was confused yet intrigued after 1 sentence.
