This post brings me joy. I do enjoy dark humor. This made me lol. You’d be surprised how affable I am in person. A few posters know me IRL. I hope they can corroborate. Like liger said, this team has sucked the soul out of us. This past Bills season was by far and I mean by far the most enjoyable, entertaining, fun thing to happen to me in a very long time.

You can’t tell me GMKA isn’t set on moving these guys.

Because I have reservations about Owen Power, who they will almost certainly take. If they take another player, I fully expect a decade of certain posters reminding everyone who they KNEW was going to be a better prospect.

Because some of us don’t trust the team to get it right.

Colin Miller, the worst Sabres defenseman not named Matt Irwin, is on team Canada. I’m not sure how impressed I should be that a highly rated prospect, is better than him.

Anyone else rooting for the Sabres to not win the lottery. I have concerns about Owen Power and want that choice eliminated from the Sabres.

McKinnon and Landeskog are on ridiculous contracts, nearly making half of their peers. They are the unicorn, some teams get lucky this way, but it’s rare that teams are able to lock up MVP type talent at half their value.

For me personally, letting Larry walk was fine. Replacing him with the worst forward in the NHL was unacceptable. They had 3 guys on the roster that could have done it. The front office needs to listen to analytics people. Eakin’s name would have been dismissed immediately if they did a 5 minute google search. Random buttholes on Twitter shouldn’t be better at evaluating talent than our actual NHL team but here we are.
