Since no one that has anything to do with Buffalo hasn’t posted any content for today’s game, I’ll lift this CBJ fan site schlock.

Back at it again tonight. Let’s ***** go!!

I’m perfectly fine with the way the season is playing out. They are still missing 3 of their best players and the core of this team has not all arrived. I expect to see gradual improvement when the kids arrive and develop and push Eakin, Caggiula, Miller, Hayden, Bjork, and Hiney-Stroka out of the lineup. At least I can see the plan and it looks like it’s working with the kids in Rochester, college, Euro leagues and juniors. Also, getting anyone who can play goal besides a 40 year old hanging onto his career for dear life, would go a long way.

His underlying numbers were good but I still see 3-4 plays a game where I don’t understand anything he’s doing on the ice

My sports weekend: Thursday: Sabres lose 5-0 Friday: Amerks win SO Saturday: Amerks lose 5-3 Syracuse football loses 41-17 Syracuse basketball loses to f’n Colgate 100-85 Sunday: Bills lose 41-15 Sabres lose with .4 seconds left 5-4 All I needed was the Sabres to get to overtime and my brain would have rationalized how it was a decent sports weekend. Instead, we’ll we all know what happened…sigh.

I’m blaming you for this loss

He’s been their call up all season. I’d say he’s on the verge of either making it or not. Given his size and skill set are not in abundance in Buffalo, I think he’s got a decent shot to make it until some of the recent draft picks arrive.
