Wings should stand on their own. No blue cheese is the correct answer. Also don’t mind the BBQ choice. I prefer a little heat with the sweet (certainly lots of places offer this variety) but straight BBQ is good. Especially if it’s a BBQ joint like Dinosaur or Sticky Lips where they smoke those suckers for days.
