The Heritage Classic Scheduled to be played at Full Capacity
inkman replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
I was today years old when I found out the Sabres were playing an outdoor game in March -
It may have discouraged him but I’d hope a little adversity could drive a player to succeed.

Never forget

Aren’t you like 35 or something? Years of nuns smacking the back of my hands with rulers when I didn’t double space after a period can’t just be undone by internet yahoos calling me gramps. Ok so none of that happened but I still can’t stop the double space. It’s muscle memory from 20+ years of typing. I’ll do my best.

Don’t hate the playa, hate the game
-
I saw a tweet about people needing to stop the double space after a period. The title of this thread is the extreme opposite.

In case anyone wanted to see the fight

One of the worst plays I’ve ever seen in hockey. Crunch go offsides on a rush into the Amerks zone with an empty net.
-
It’s refreshing that we have a player that’s willing. He got smoked and the timing wasn’t great even with getting a PP from it.
-
Amerks somehow got a PP out of it so not as bad as initially thought.
-
Quinn gets in a fight with 3:48 left in the game, down a goal. Not a good look.
-
Amerks buzzing. Inkman also buzzing.
-
They are about to be soundly disappointed
-
Good. Keep him hungry.

Any idea what he’s talking about?

I’d rather have a grizzled vet (yah know someone who likes to hurt people) and pair that guy with Power or Dahlin. If Miller, Butcher and whoever else are gone, I could see a spot for Pisser. Why is Johnson being slated onto the Sabres? He needs at least a season in the A.

Jack Quinn scheduled to make his long awaited return to take a bite out of the Crunch.

I’ve long advocated he’s the best of our generation

The Pegulas will strike while the iron is hot. They should have a decade of playoff contention will the golden boy Josh. They can get away with it as long as they keep winning. I suspect they’ll let the market catch up to them. As far as concessions, if I ever go to another game, which is in serious doubt give my personal situation, I’ll slug back enough booze and food to get me through the game with only a beer or two to consume. I probably won’t go unless I get free tickets and a ride from Rochester.
