I think of spearing, face licking, face washes, nailing dudes in the junk, excessive cross-checking not getting called, predatory hits getting celebrated rather than penalized, guys running goalies blaming it on anything but themselves; I think that about sums it up.

I’m quick to say inappropriate things about the way people look but y’all are ruthless.

Are you like a parody account? Has there ever been a first round pick that hasn’t signed? Did they put a dietary clause in that deal? Clearly he’s not going to make it unless he pounds 10,000 calorie shakes every 2 hours.

Based on the tiny weenie posters claiming how much of a waif this kid is, I was expecting DJ Qualls. He’s a normal sized person. My lord.

It gets even better. So we went a whole day thinking someone stole it out of my garage. The buyer offered to have her cop husband get involved and my wife told her whole family it was stolen. Then I kinda had a holy ***** moment where some things started to come back to me. I checked my FB Marketplace messages and sure enough, the entire sale conversation was right there. So I had to tell my wife I sold it already, she had to tell her family I was blackout drunk and forgot about it. I don’t think anyone associated is ready to joke about it.

Word of advice, don’t sell items when you are blackout drunk. As it can lead to awkward interactions with future buyers thinking you still have the item when you don’t. Happened to me last summer. Spent the day at Music Fest here in Fairport. Someone was really interested in an item, I had a couple hours to kill before going back to music fest, so I sold the item. The next day a woman contacted me asking about the item. With no recollection of the previous days activity, I had the item sold again (thankfully I didn’t get any $&& yet). So as I was rummaging through the garage, I realized the item was gonzo. I thought someone stole it or my wife gave it to someone, only to realize I had sold it all schnockered without any recollection.

I like them too. Not for every game but it’s a cool change of pace being almost on top of the goalie.

I’ve done FB Marketplace, Craigslist, eBay and probably other things. Shady people on every platform. The majority of people, who I do end up doing business with, are solid. It’s the communication that sucks the most. Lost of back and forth, haggling and people with weird specific demands.

Gotta go with blue. Gonna wear same shirt and shorts I wore at the last home game. My pants would never forgive me for that funk intrusion

At the very least I want to give the boys a good send off. Hopefully they feel the crowd and push to victory but I’m prepared for either outcome. Go Amerks!!

Laaksonen still in as well. They desperately need to get Ethan Prow off the ice. He barfs all over himself anytime he gets the puck in the defensive zone. Crumbles under pressure.

This loss was all on me. I was wearing red underwear, which I’ve avoided when the Amerks opponents have been primarily red, until yesterday. I won’t make the same mistake. Blue undies it is today. Go Amerks!!
