Just like our Sabres

A poll would have been ideal

This is more like it

Got my tickets for Friday, hopefully Radim is on the team and in the lineup.

I’m a wee bit surprised about the continued interest into this team as my fandom is slowly leaving my body. I just can’t keep giving to something with no payoff at all. I’ve poured 20 years of emotion into this team and only have misery, frustration and heartbreak to show for it. I’m not subscribing to any streaming service that carries the games this season. I’m done wasting my time and energy. I imagine I’ll post here a little while longer but I just can’t keep pouring my emotions into an infinite black hole.

Sabres to place Alexandar Georgiev on waivers today
inkman replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
He gone need one in Amerks colors, possibly Jacksonville as well. -
Doan, may possibly have what this team has lacked for two decades. Unfortunately, I doubt he alone is enough to make a difference. Kesselring will be nice if/when he plays. Still think the team needs more of a heart transplant. A few passengers that need to be weeded out.

Watch out for seats made of glass?

It’s a symptom

Hope it stays this way. I doubt it.

Does every team bring their worst game to play KC?

Kesselring and UPL are week to week with their injuries

First and foremost, being married to an Italian, Chinese food has noodles. Italian dishes have pasta. I’m praying (ok I’m atheist) but you get my gist, physicality can be shot into the sun. I can only picture Bill Cowher’s old stiff mug saying dumb words like physicality. -

Here is the first time it was used in this forum. I feel like it’s a coaching term that fans / media adopted to sound smart. -

Ok. Someone needs to explain when the term “line rushes” became popular to describe lines in the NHL. Definitely since after I joined the board. (Yes that’s almost 20 years ago) At some point everyone started using it. The internets aren’t much help. We weren’t calling line “rushes” in the 90’ or even early 2000’s. Then one day I hear / read Paul Hamilton dropping the term like everyone has just been using it. -
I’m not usually complain about refs guy but Shawn Hochuli has it in for the Bills. Every time he calls their games, the Bills are always the more penalized team. I look for a flag after any positive Buffalo play.
-
My biggest problem is now they’ll forever be associated with “the Diggs game”. Blech.

The doom and gloom in this thread is Sabres worthy. The Bills, as always, got NE best shot. That’s an extremely flawed team that played in their Super Bowl last night. Much like the Ravens opening night. These team gets super hyped and juiced for “the best team in the league” and put forth maximum effort. Just like the Ravens, this Pats team will regress to their level. I’m not worried at all.

The level of respect this franchise deserves. The charts can’t smell this org rotting from its core.
-
You know what they say, you don’t play the games on paper…er…in the charts…er…electronically?

Well the hostility stems from a 6’6” first overall pick A) Not exactly living up to the hype B) He doesn’t touch anyone on the ice. That ***** is going to incite a fanbase to froth at the mouth. He may be Hall of Famer but he’s not anything close to what the Sabres need right now. Dahlin is about as close as you’d want. I’d ensure I’d populate the rest of the D with nast snarl mean as fook aholes. Employing a less skilled, less physical Dahlin isn’t really helping the cause at all. Move him out for types of players we actually need.

Is there any evidence that the Sabres are more injured than any other NHL team?
