the coach is fine. this is a slightly below avg team--look at the plus minus. that tells the real tale. which is a big improvement over last yr. lets get some good /tough players in there to help out jack and rasmus and rasmus and skinner. the rest of the roster is filled with mediocre players and some avg players like reinhardt.

i'd love to see him be as dominating as dom.but he better be as good as orr then....if dom wasnt the greatest goalie of all time then he was top 2 .

I agree...Its the quality of the effort that is the problem..-The weak sister stuck in our own zone stuff that was prevalent for the last many years has crept back in. Maybe its the personnel only--In that we just aren't that good outside of Eichel Dahlin Risto Skinner--and that the overrated rest of the crew was just playing over its head for a while.Or the lesser talented of the players have drifted back into bad habits. Either way the team is about 3-4 players shy of being a real Stanley cup contender..and that aint bad. And all those 3-4 don't have to be scorers.How about some tough guys that win battles along the boards and know how to mess up the other team at the blue line??

sure they need 1 or 2 scorers. But lets not forget 1 or 2 tough(ramsayish) guys .They spend too much time losing board battles and not clearing the puck. But heck this team is miles ahead of where I expected them to be.They were horrible last year. lets keep it realistic.
