  1. yes the Bills need some linemen on both sides. But even with our weaknesses there this team should have secured a playoff spot by now. With this disorganized look the bills have (on offense especially) you could put 2-3 probowlers on the o line and still underperform in the redzone consistently. Coaching 50% of problem. Interior Line 50% of problem. (Josh panicky/unpoised play in the redzone esp is a subset of the coaching problem)
  2. of course. But right now McD is a very average coach.and only because he is a warrior and gets the players to work hard.problem is he really doesnt know what he is doing on the sidelines in game situations . Too much chaos and poor clock/game mgmt You could have much better talent on the D and o line..But with the same coaching it would still be under performing.
  3. I dont think its personnel. Its the organization of it thru good coaching. If WE werent so disorganized and panicky WE would be 9-3 at minimum
  4. just a shame to lose a game that we were being handed on a silver platter....cripe the red zone train wreck just keeps replaying...a combo of poor play calls, panicky behavior by Josh and one mistake after another. this team --in spite of all its flaws--should be 9-3 at this point. what a mess. ps--anyone putting the blame on our D is crazy. They have played well the whole year. We got blown out ONE TIME. We dont have best line talent. And we have a MLB who buzzes around and doesnt get a lot done. PS--that TD pass--I dont know how it got between that mass of arms and thru to our WR. the frustrating thing was watching all the wide open receivers being completely missed by Josh.--Gotta keep the plays simpler for Josh.
  5. The Bills are coached very poorly. Horrible use of challenges and timeouts. JA has made zero progress this year. In fact he may have slightly regressed. They arent maximizing his talent out there. JA looks confused. That said he is a talented kid and better than what the Bills have had since kelly. Indy is the best team in the AFC..with NE a close 2nd.
  6. The Bills become the most confused team in pressure situations. Caoching certainly a problem. -They coach like JA is more advanced than he really is.
  7. Diggs as well--gotta catch that bomb
  8. Am I the only one who noticed ...on the 1st and goal---that Moss had a clear path to the EZ and decided to cut into traffic? Bills--too much choking Diggs as well--gotta catch that bomb
  9. NE dominating right now.Buff will wait til late in the game to adjust.
  10. Bills need to win at least 2 of next 4. So tomorrow is kinda do or die. You lose tomorrow then you have TB and probbly lose. Pressure then on to win 4 in a row incl at NE.
  11. Of course you are correct. The headline and the actual statement are just gibberish. But i think we can assume that he meant 30-40% better than he has been over the past few seasons when it bothered him.
  12. Its a plausible idea ...But it would have to assume that Eichels neck condition has been there for most of his career and has been getting worse. And that the surgery solves that. Its possible. I think it would be a great surgical result if he could get back to 90% of what he was 2-3 yrs ago. We shall see.I hope he does well.
  13. At least his arena is free of germs !
  14. I saw them at a bar(unintentionally) in Winnemucca in 1979.
  15. What is right for one person may not be right for another in the artificial disc vs the fusion. Disc problems can have underlying issues above and beyond the disc.If there is instability as an underlying issue then the fusion is the best course usually. If the soft tissue is super stable outside of the disc itself then artificial is likely the way to go. ...Then there are the in between cases.
  16. oh here we go...Bye bye Coyotes. Hello 'Guardians'
  17. OK--sounds reasonable to me.......I assume next step is tough, solid 2 way players who are vets and know how to win. Sprinkle in some flashier goal scorers as the opportunity comes hope.
  18. PITT WASH BOSTON hardly ever drop off for more than 1 season . They are like the steelers,ravens,pats,colts... Forget the rebuilding..hardly ever works. Get solid tough vets in there and learn how to win again
  19. Good common sense. Make it retractable as well for Sept games.
  20. In the AHL---are the sabres top half or bottom half?
  21. they need to learn to play a whole game. then things will turn around fast.
  22. good point. the eternal bottom 3. endless high draft picks. zero results. how do other franchises who are consistently good and get no high draft picks do it?--maybe we oughta look at the sabres from 72--2010 for some clues
  23. Canadian Bacon if you really want to know.
  24. NE is playing great ball. Lets hope the Bills play great against them.
