Was that 'black panther' standing outside a lily white polling place? I'm guessing not.

But nowadays former presidents make too much money being former presidents so why would they want to run again for something? Plus we know that Rush doesn't bother with fact checking. He'll gladly make up quotes.

Does it know the difference between a parking garage and someones living room?

Anyone using those devices you plug into the car so the insurance company can track your driving habits?

Congrats to your sister!

I saw Fitzpatrick throw a 25 yard pass to Johnson today. Unfortunately the call was for a 12 yard route that Johnson ran perfectly and was open at. It is amazing how many passes are behind the receivers.

They should have met in Buffalo - they could have kept meeting for another 3 hours. :)

Sign of the Mayan doomsday? Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie So Bill Daly and Steve Fehr met much of yesterday, and NHL issued following statement: "We had a series of meetings over the course of the day and had a good, frank discussion on the most important issues separating us. We plan to meet again early in the week." NHLPA's Steve Fehr: "I agree with what Bill said. Hopefully we can continue the dialogue, expand the group, and make steady progress."

Well, probably head to midtown otherwise he might trip on some house debris.

Still better than 10 minutes of washing clean pans.

TBD has their pixie pic and we have Ink's calves.

Feel free to move to NYC and vote for someone else. :)

NJ is yesterday's news. All the networks are onto Staten Island now.

Darren Dreger @DarrenDreger As I said many times last night, the offer reported on Make Whole was made verbally on Tues...B.Daly to S.Fehr. Part of lengthy discussion. Formal or otherwise, the fact the owners are willing to cover the costs of Make Whole is in play. I'm surprised D.Fehr isn't more pleased. Rather than criticize language of reports, PA leadership would be better served working on ways to make a deal for its players. For the record, it was a player related source who provided the tip and the NHL reluctantly confirmed the story just before 6pm Fri.

First the nhlpa gave their presentations about the 3 proposals - I'm guessing that took a few hours. Then the nhl discussed with themselves for 15 minutes. So a little longer than 10 minutes.
-
In other circles, that is called negotiation. The expected rejection by nhlpa. FU move.

They're Euro's. You can't trust the Euro's. Plus I'm sure they didn't take into account Romney's positions as they stand today. You can't worry about last weeks positions or the week before or the month before.
-
Now if only the nhlpa would be willing to make even one concession.
-
I'm sure his brother Steve is billing them plenty still. Hard to find really numbers - here is an article from a few years back. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writers/jim_kelley/09/09/Don.Fehr/index.html

Fehr will be making plenty if there ever is a settlement.

Exactly. Feel free to go even further. Overthrowing the government in Iran with the shah, etc. I guess should have let Gadhafi do as he pleased. Plus the US supplied the arms to rebel forces in Libya which included some groups tied to al-Qaida. A little different wording can change everything.

He can afford it from what he made from the mlbpa

Why don't they just go to one of the distribution locations instead? Or maybe you're talking about those trendy freegans in Brooklyn. http://www.nyc.gov/html/misc/html/2012/foodandwater.html

The influx of money from the runners coming to NYC is good for the economy. Would people complain if Disney World was open for business a week after a hurricane went through Orlando; even though a lot of the workers lost their homes? NYC is a entertainment district. Free market economy. Business first.
