Even if Pegula refuses to fire Lindy and Darcy - why not hire more assistants? There is no budget for the front office per Pegula. Bring in additional talent - bring in a faceoff specialist coach - bring in another goaltender coach. Analyse each player and bring in individual coaches for each of their weaknesses.

For the 3 minutes Lindy wouuld keep that line together? :) I too had major hope for that line to be a spark for the team this year. With Ott hitting everyone and going to the net for the rebounds. With Leino going into the corners to do the dirty work to get the puck. With Grigorenko having the space to find the shot lane. Could've been exciting.
