Rangers have a new coach and a new system. They didn't play the 1-3-1 last year, at least not very well. They look much better this year. Looking forward to see what DG comes up with in their next meeting.

I only used the kid card in relation to the first game of the year. By game 4, there will be no more room to punch it. In triumph's defense, OP has not looked very good yet this fall. On another note, the Sabres did not start slowly last year. They were 4-1, then 7-3. I wouldn't care if they had a slow start, then gelled in January.

The Rangers are stacked. They will go deep into the playoffs. I know that people don'y want to hear about youth and the inherent mistakes therein, but the Sabres looked young and undisciplined. They will be there at the end of the season to make the playoffs. I'm still excited for this season.
