I have hope for Vesey and that line. There was a play where you could tell he just wasn’t sure what his line mate was going to do so he wasn’t going full speed. That line is young and needs time to gel and figure each other out.

Halloween has jumped the shark. Oh, and my sister is still at Roswell after her second round of chemo and everyone related to me in the 716 has the flu and can't help out and I'm feeling guilty. But man, the new decorations are just awful.

No issues. I think it actually looks better on the Roku express than on the Apple TV.

On a completely different note, I think Vesey doesn't dig in all that much because he knows that when he does, his shoulders go up and his head goes down and he skates a lot like Milan Lucic. I can't blame him for wanting that.?

It seems like Vesey woke up halfway through the game. Let's hope he can add something. Even his usual 20 would be nice.

One thing I noticed about Risto tonight that rarely gets mentioned is his speed. He's fast. He closed the gap on a forward tonight and rubbed him out on the far boards turning a potentially dangerous play into a routine nothing.

I really could get used to that.

I really like it. It's just my old eyes have trouble differentiating between the white stars/circles, and the slightly brighter white stars/circles. Still going to use it, though. I am right now.

I love Night Mode. Not sure why the little stars /circles that tell you there is a new post can't still be yellow, though.

Dahlin had the game he always has. Some amazing play sprinkled with some really bad gaffs that for some reason seem to end up in our net. He's 19. He's awesome.

That hoodie on MoJo is tough. I might actually spend money on Sabres gear this year.
