It is one of the most powerful bills in a long time. Gina Raimondo (former governor of Rhode Island) is a badass. As secretary of commerce, she basically brokered it. It does way more than dumbass’ tariffs will ever do to strengthen our country. It’s why Trump or Fox never mention it even though it was completely bipartisan and supported on both sides of the aisle.
