I'm laughing because you'll do anything you can, and use those same samantics, to justify the last tank. Look, it is absolutely different this time. Everyone can see that. It's actually what many of us who were against the Tank wanted to see the last time. We needed a proper rebuild and didn't need to intetionally lose for over 2 years. But we are absolutely not trying to win this year, and end up as low as we can to get some high end talent in the next draft. Call it what you want. For now.

I still cannot understand how anyone can say that we are not tanking. I mean, why spend money on actual players when you can pay someone who has already retired.

I can’t get over how even in a loss, the hockey is just so much more watchable. I still think they played a pretty good game last night (and for all 60 minutes), but two undressings by Hertl was the difference.

I really hope that Granato is as good as I think he is and can wake Dahlin TF up. Rasmus, we get it. You can skate really pretty. But when you are playing defense, you play the man, not the puck. That’s hockey 101.
