I thought both teams were terrible today. It was a really bad hockey game. Every opportunity was the result of a sloppy play by the other team. They scored on their chances. We didn’t. Meh. Glad I was mostly listening to tunes and only watching with one eye.

Just rewatched the end of the game. When Bennet went after Dahlin, their color guy said, "If Dahlin is going to throw those elbows, he's going to have to answer the bell." He was referencing the game on Sunday. Does anyone remember Dahlin throwing an elbow or was that just some homer BS?

I think Larsson is a good comparable. Although, I think Asplund may have better hands. And I don't think his defense is all that quiet anymore. It's really good. Not sure if the Sabres would have given up that late goal if he was on the ice instead of Skinner.
