I love going to brew pubs and just sitting and drinking. There’s gotta be some good ones near you. Genesee Brew pub looks cool, with the view of the falls. Lock 32 looks good, too. Drinking beer and watchin boats go by never sucks.

Yesterday, the skies were crystal clear. I ran three miles like nothin'. Today with the hazardous air alert, I barely made it past 1 and had to stop.

I liked Babcock when he was on the studio crew for (I think it was) TBS for a short stint. I wasn't expecting to hear anything out of his mouth that I wanted to hear, but actually found him to be pretty good. It surprised me.

There were high head shots and stick work by both teams all game. All the ten minute misconducts were embarrassing.

I think the one takeaway from tonight is that Mark Stone has a really big knob and the TNT crew likes to giggle about it.

No amount of officiating help was going to make the Panthers win. I thought there were an awful lot of high elbows in the first period by both teams. Only one team got called. Pretty sure it would not have mattered. It's just one more reason for Florida fans to be mad.

And everyone on TV will justify the ejection. It's ridiculous.

I didn't see what happened so I can't really be sure of that, but Vegas still should have been a man down after the scrum. Then we could listen to all the commentators say stuff like, "Absolutely! That's a penalty you will gladly kill."

So, the penalty wasn't on the hit. I hate that, once again, the team that made the hit doesn't get a power play when the other team gets butt hurt and "has to respond". Vegas should have been down a man after being ***** after a clean hit.

At least they took both guys. They took Barbashev for 2 and 10 as well.
