Almost three weeks in and still feeling the effects of covid: no energy, sore-ish throat, ears aching and ringing non-stop. Sucks. Also, idiots who don't realize that things don't happen by magic. They take a lot of time and work.

I wrote about UPL (even called him 6K3U) in March. Then again in the goalie expectations series of threads. Just sayin’. 😂 But, a quarter of a season is, well, a quarter of a season. It would be awesome if he kept this up.

I love snow. Lots of it. Had to drive through some squalls on the way back to WNY last weekend. Loved it. Had a smile on my face the whole time. I hope we get crushed this winter.

I think it looks bad only for the reason that if they don't use some of their cap space to pick up someone before the season ends (even a rental at the trade deadline) to help them on the ice, then I will have a hard time being convinced that they are actually trying to make the playoffs this year. Now, if they are solidly in a playoff position at the deadline then,... well, I would still want them to pick someone up.
