Great question. I don't think that is and indictment of Skinner, just an endorsement of what Benson brings. Man, did he inject a level of energy into that top line that it has needed.

They have it in them. I think they are nastier than they are letting themselves be. As soon as it got chippy, they stepped up. Benson is the real deal. Tage is too pretty.

I still believe that you make your own luck (to a point, of course.) But he has looked just a little off everywhere on the ice. I wonder if he’s still nursing an injury. I sure hope that that’s what it is, cuz if he could get going, and others return to form (or the ice), I think there is no way they don’t make the playoffs.
