Many Hockey games. But I'll chose a very early one, Standing room only in the oranges for 1st round playoff in 1984 against Quebec Nordique and them Stasny brothers. We lost in that round. Yeah the escalator ride up and the silly young man antics between periods of trying to run all the way down the up escalator before somebody else tried to come up. You had to give up and wait for next try. For Concerts, 2 of my first and all time favorites Summer 1973 because of the seats we were able to get, July Led Zeppelin floor seats, right center row 20 and June Pink Floyd Dark side of the moon tour, center row 15. yeah I'm that old....but still rocking

I agree with @nfreeman on almost everything but would make the Dahlin trip to Rachacha a 2-3 game conditioning assignment and nothing more. CM definitely has been given way too much forgiveness. RK preaches competition for ice time and then continues to send CM out game after game till yesterday. That's an inconsistent message to the the rest of the team that's supposedly working to get ice time. Curious about the Special teams coaching idea. Is anybody aware whats out there like that? Maybe some AHL, NCAA or OHL up and coming hot shot.

I voted a No go. I have seen him in a bunch of games here since the Pens did their trade/salary dump of Kessel for him and he has done nothing and is softer than yogurt.

In before the drop, likely out shortly after. Late game, work early. Like the way the team has been playing. They had 2 solid days of practice to get special teams back on track. That's a PP back to better than ugly, and penalty kill to die for. If that happens should take at least 2 out of the 3 games. I would be happy with that. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. Lets Go Buffalo, make it so.

That was a fun game, no nail biter for a change. Lets see this same effort and results on the Western swing road trip.

They have actually been playing better hockey for the last 5-6 games. You could say the difference has been a matter of special teams and some puck luck. If you continue to work hard and play as 5 man unit, I do believe you make your own luck and can be in every game, giving yourself a chance to win every night. (.500 hockey) If the special teams comes around as RK has also been saying that can push that % to .600-.700 hockey. I would even consider a consistent hard working Islanders style of play night in and night out an improvement and definitely keep it interesting hockey into the new year. So after saying all that I would like at least .500 hockey to keep me involved in watching.
