Just got here down 1-0 already, shaught. From the thread and shots on goal it sounds like they haven't been terrible.

That was the first game of the season I watched and Sabrespaced so I will make an all out effort to be on the board for tonight's tilt since we won. I am not superstitious but I did enjoy the game and commentary... Go Sabres

Roger, Roger. that definitely was a problem in earlier games. He used to play with an edge w/o all the flopping and flailing which wasn't a bad thing...

Agreed. Some under whelming hockey being played all the way around. Interesting point about his Psyche, might very well be right given his volatile nature. I do agree though about how Jbot may likely handle the situation going forward.

I dunno. He does appear in some kind of funk. Maybe he's just not happy or settled in on this team anymore. It almost looks like he came in a bit out of shape compared to previous years. May not have trained hard this off season or as crazy hard as those video's we saw of him over the summer running those beach stairs and in the Gym working with his older Bro when we first acquired him. We did change the GM who brought him as a franchise guy to build around, he did say he wanted out of CO because he wanted to be that guy. Now we made Jack that guy then we also let go his brother. Maybe Jay Bot won't let him bring his dog to work anymore since they changed the pet rec area into bike parking. Whatever it is he certainly has not brought the same intensity to his trade as he showed in first two seasons. I know he does get paid a lot and we all think that should motivate him to give his best but the best motivation never comes from money. I sure hope he has not lost that for this team now that he is no longer the guy.

Seriously though got to watch the a Montreal game on center ice and other then 3rd period and some bone head plays they didn't look terrible. Missed the last 2 and it sounds like the wheels have fallen off. Without seeing the last 2 games can't add any analysis other than some conjecture. Maybe some of the remaining players didn't like the player swap outs like foligno, gionta, franson, Kuli, coaches, etc. Also maybe Jack rumored to have somehow had a hand in all the changes isn't as well liked by the all the guys as we all thought before and now after the he has been nighted the Franchise guy by the Organization. God I hope I'm wrong and this is just a chemistry, experience and time to jell thing otherwise this will be a very depressing place.
