  1. Do you get up every morning and piss in your own Cheerios?
  2. Seriously? Read between the lines and make an educated prediction based on something other than what a five-year-old could gleam from his Mama's phone.
  3. Just trying to fit in over here. 3rd
  4. Kojac.
  5. I understand she's an outstanding figure skater too.
  6. It appears to me that you have the damned if you don't down pat. Also you're ready to take a bat to him while he (his team) is doing. In actuality I think the Pegulas learned a lot from how the Bills have put themselves in a position for long term success. Looks like they are trying to emulate them with the Sabres.
  7. I've got the feeling that no matter what happens TP will be denigrated by some people. A classic case of damned if you do and damned if you don't.
  8. We have, what most "experts" believe, is the best young talent in the league. Even promoting JJP & Quinn we have skilled players that may be ready to move up. I could see making the case for another RHD and possibly a GK but who would you want to send down at this point in their development?
  9. Not sure what your point is. If we (KA & DG) don't want high priced free agents and/or low priced free agents who are no better than the up and coming players we have under contract, then why is it a problem that those kind of players don't want to come here? It's as if you are saying that we need people who we don't want.
  10. So your opinion of him would not change, regardless of results, eh?
  11. Out of curiosity, if the Sabres start to excel and keep it up how will you view Pegula then?
  12. While going 1-82 in shootouts might match Lehner's record I wouldn't exactly brag about it.
  13. Ullmark was almost perfect in shootouts which is not reflected in those stats. As bad as Lehner was, Ullmark was good.
  14. Hmmn, seems like a certain #9 with bad hair should be on that list.
  15. Wearing white after Labor Day. Only in Canada.
  16. People don't want a meddling owner until they need someone to blame.
  17. Seriously? Choosing KA as the GM was not stumbling. They had their eyes on him for some time and saw something in him that they obviously liked. As far as Granato goes somebody saw that he had a certain something that they wanted. Did they stumble into Beane and McDermott or did they make a good decision? Sometimes good people struggle in tough circumstances but given time will come through. The Pegulas have built an absolute powerhouse in the NFL and obviously know something about how to either do it or find the people who can. After struggling in the NHL for several years it appears that they are now on track. I'm thinking that what with all the "f" ups as owners in pro sports we're lucky to have them as long term owners here in Buffalo.
  18. I guess it would be better on a boy? 😀
  19. It's the flames.
  20. I used to watch the Braves and even had floor seats in the Aud whenever I wanted. The president of my company was on the Braves board and made them available. I had John Shumate end up in my lap and the basketball there too at times. I ended up becoming a Lakers fan mainly due to Magic and the way he played. Stuck with them throughout the Shaq & Kobe days but can't ***** stand them now. Combine the way the game is played today with the players being nothing but mercenary chess pieces and the game will never maintain its popularity. Add their stupid, greedy stances when it comes to human rights and the NBA is on my short list to be first to end up in the Waponi's volcano*. *Weird reference to "Joe vs. The Volcano".
  21. Not sure I understand this since you gave me a "like" on the same post above.
  22. I guess I didn't need you to explain to me the financial realities of the NBA. Regardless of the specifics it's obvious that it's a league full of greedy shitheads who will if not now, will eventually turn anyone with a brain against them. Just look at how morally corrupt the NBA is when they run scared of China and the way they have treated the Uyghurs. The players cry about being slaves after signing contracts worth 100's of millions while looking away as these poor people are herded into concentration camps and forced to be China's slaves. This is not a political statement but one about humanity.
  23. Well, ever since James Naismith widened the peach basket.
