I was thinking something similar. Taken to an extreme, alternate Pommer and Thompson (or similar) as scratches. I wonder if Pommer would be primed for the playoffs playing 41 games rather than 80+. Of course, this probably doesn't work in the room or for Pommer...

Now you've done it, if they don't score a goal in the next 6 games I know who to come for. -

My math has them at 92 points this season at this pace. Probably not going to cut it, they need more. Great win, though, keep them coming. -
Nice win, need to win the next one too to get back onto pace.

Movies / TV Shows - I Have Watched / Plan To Watch
MattPie replied to Sabres Fan in NS's topic in The Aud Club
We watched Darjeeling Express recently (over the course or 2-3 nights; that's what being a parent does), it's worth a watch. -
So you're saying the Bills have a chance to roar back to 6-10?
-
How strange, I used to have a HK amp, Sony CD Changer, and Paradigm 7" towers.
-
What's the point if the current HC and GM are calling the shots? They have an equal chance of screwing up picks 1-3 as 7-9.
-
Why can't the Sabres find these gems in the rough?

I looked at the others, they seem like frankly average (for this area of SE PA) messy highway interchanges to me. A Wegmans I frequent is in the middle or this one. There are a lot of ramps coming and going but you get used to it. https://www.google.com/maps/@40.0835564,-75.4001734,16z This is the Hanger Lane Gyratory, which just seems like a really big traffic circle to me. It's often at the top of the UK list. https://www.google.com/maps/@51.5304657,-0.2935158,395m/data=!3m1!1e3

Evander Kane sued for allegedly coercing woman into having abortions

I suspect you'll be disappointed. This has all the hallmarks of something that'll be resolved behind closed doors (one way or another) which will allow people to steer into whatever prejudices[0] they already had. [0] that's 'little-p' prejudices, not a race thing; things like "stars get preyed upon", "athletes are womanizing jerks", etc. -

There are 25 ahead of him, and 16 in the same place, right? Wait, I forgot NHL Rule 314.15pa: If a Buffalo player is tied with other players in any stat, the Buffalo player loses the tiebreaker. If two or more Buffalo players are tied in any stat, they are ordered in terms of increasing salary behind all other players tied in that stat." -

Without looking, are spots 26 through 42 all the same number of points? It's equally disingenuous to say he's 26th or 42nd if that's the case. -
That's nice and all, but: 1> did he grow up on a farm? 2> what glove size does he wear?

I'm sure serious cookeryists will argue, but the $15 knife I bought from IKEA is sufficient until you're really good. I'm not.

The Magic Roundabout in Swindon, England, was constructed in 1972[1] and is a ring junction consisting of five mini-roundabouts arranged around a sixth central, anticlockwise roundabout. Located near the County Ground, home of Swindon Town F.C., its name comes from the popular children's television series The Magic Roundabout. In 2009 it was voted the fourth scariest junction in Britain.[2] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_Roundabout_(Swindon)

IT was light last night at my house, probably 150-200 kids rather than the 300+ in years past. Strange too, because it was a gorgeous night. Maybe one of the newer developments are syphoning off the commuters. I dig it, take a couple beers out to the driveway and give out candy for 2 hours. There are rules in my town that it's only from 6-8, and since it's constant we don't bother with answering the door. Oh, and play this album on my phone the whole time:

I developed my love of cooking watching Alton Brown's Good Eats. I dig the science-y approach to cooking. The cookbooks based on the show are good too; you can usually find the episode on youtube so you can watch someone make the dish and then try it at home. Most of my cooking lately has been Instant Pot, since it's easier to manage a 4-year-old while doing it. I have a pretty good Instant Pot Cookbook at home that I'll share if anyone is interested.

It's not the North American style of rough and tumble (see, Bogosian as of late?), but he's not afraid to mix it up in front of the net, hit people, and occasionally fight. -

Yep, you got it. The season-point-pace is 97Rock (96.9). OTLs lose a little ground, but only 0.15 points as the team needs to average 1.15 points per game to hit 94. To put it another way, the team could go per 10 games 2-0-8 for the entire season and hit 98 points. Similarly, 4-2-4 would yield 12 points per ten games and hit 98.

Quinoa and kombucha are both awesome. I'm not sure I buy some of the more outlandish health claims for kombucha, but it's good and a bunch of good gut bacteria can't be bad for you. I'm just sad that I screwed up my SCOBY last week because I was in a hurry so I need to get a new one.
