I thought they give him a lot of o-zone starts if that was the case?

Combination of 18 and 20. And 9, of course, since you know, Buffalo.

I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not, but I think BJS got remarkably better as the season wore on. Not great or anything, but not bad. I think Ray mentioned at some point that this is the first time he's played wing, being D before so there was some adjustment.

Fla, duh.

Keeper!

"Uh Coach, who talks to the refs when all three are in the box or dressing room?"

Maybe an A, probably not a C.

Sheepish about forgetting to close the thread?

Yeah, somehow I missed that too. Thanks Swamp! Shame there's no PS3 app so I could watch on the TV without attaching a computer. Maybe I'll get around to that media PC one of these days.

I think NBC's pitch is that every playoff game is on cable somewhere, which would be cool if I had cable. On cable means not on GC. Boo. Yeah, it's always been that way. It's only at the ripe age of 36 that's become a regular issue enough that I'm considering taking the hit on it.

If? Disney is making Eps 7-9. :)

Despite saying that I was going to catch up on playoffs as they became available on Gamecenter, I haven't watched a single post-season game this year. Oops. Complaint: long-term, I'm going to need reconstructive surgery on my feet. the last few months I've been having burning/sharp pain in them for a few minutes at a time several times a week. Not quite bad enough that I can't walk, but close. The recovery time for doing each foot serially is +-1 year. How do you choose which year you're going to give up your hobbies? The pictured is the one that's bothering me. The other foot is actually more misshapen, but isn't bothering me as much right now.

Can this be the hit they're talking about? That doesn't seem bad unless you call it an elbow or maybe a charge.

E2: Miller to Ducks?

I don't disagree, but you don't give away a player for nothing if you can get anything for him. Someone out there with an early 5th round pick has to be itching to pull the trigger. :)

I don't think anyone considers Stafford veteran leadership, other than maybe what the Front Office says to the media (perhaps they think Drew will get it if they say it enough times). As for waivers, there has to be a team (at the cap floor or otherwise) that'll give up a late pick for him. There's no way he makes it thru waivers (IMHO).

I thought about that while reading some article about how Boston knows how to win, etc, etc. http://espn.go.com/nhl/blog/_/name/nhl_playoffs/id/5190635/2010-nhl-playoffs-philadelphia-flyers-complete-historic-comeback-oust-boston-bruins

Wow. I was thru that interchange over the weekend. Complaint: May Malaise. I should be excited about the weather, doing stuff outside, etc., etc., but all I've wanted to do is sleep for the last week or two. I just had bloodwork done for nothing related, so I know there's nothing wrong there.

Yeah, that wasn't "his guy" to cover, but he's coasting 15 ft away just watching. I'm not sure what he was thinking there.

I have used these a few times to combat the yearly ant invasion at my house (although the last year or two there haven't been any). The seem to work very well. I've found them at Lowe's each time.

Is the noise a big exhale, squeaky noise, or the farty one?
-
Er, right. I didn't mean to imply that. I think Marty wanted to be traded to a starter job, but I don't think he was demanding anything. All I meant was he wasn't going to re-sign with the Sabres in the off-season. Wasn't this the year we played with the white mask as a statement that he wanted to be traded though?
-
If I remember right, Biron was going to be UFA and wasn't signing anything unless he was assured of having the starting job. He was traded at the deadline-ish for *something* from Philly (early draft pick?), right?

Anyone who answered other than "none" isn't a true Buffalo sports fan. *We* know our teams will never win.
