Marc Rubio does, he had a whole thing about (I'm paraphrasing) "yesterday, a leader from yesterday announced her candidacy, today is not yesterday". I have no particular love of either Clinton, but man it would be awesome to see a reply along the lines of, "yesterday, as in the last time the federal government had a budget surplus, or yesterday as in the fairly steady economic growth of the last few years?"
I'll be hard pressed to vote for a Clinton or Bush. 3 of the last 4 presidents (and one vice-president), stretching back 20 of the last 28 years (or 28 of 36 if you count that VP), is way too much time for two families to be in power.
