Dude, I'm really craving some lobsta; make it a bucket of wings or I'm hanging up.

Yes, you can

I think there were perceived slights against Trump and some twitter sniping during the primaries. There's references around April about feuds and whatnot. http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-trump-megyn-kelly-women-20160517-snap-story.html

Thought: Like Nolan was a coach stuck in the 90s in terms of style, HCHDDB is a coach stuck in the late 00s. The league seems to be shifting, and he's not keeping up. UNless this is some grand plan, which I put at "unlikely".

At $1895.

I don't regret my bet in the least.

That doesn't sound like a Vogon name, but then you said worst, not third worst. This has been making the round on NPR. I find it oddly compelling:

Ha, that's true. Google now tells me the average speed of my trip when I use the nav to get home. The last time I did on the bike the average work to home was 63 mph. People drive fast around here. (oh, and no offense; I should be able to ride a bike faster than someone can plausibly run)

The Instigators - Andrew Peters and the Radio Show

This just in: women can be too. -
I'm very much a recipe cook, and this is why: I made some meatloaf a few weeks ago and while I was making the "glaze", I realized I didn't have enough ketchup for the recipe. I looked around and decided instead of ketchup, cumin, and cayenne, I'd use the ketchup I had, skip the cayenne, and make the rest up with Trader Joe's Sriracha BBQ sauce and cumin. It. was. awesome. But I'll never be able to recreate it. I want it again. I've never been good at embracing the fleeting moments of life; I always want to repeat.

It moved. I'm jealous; I camped off US276 on my last bike trip down there. On the way down, someone introduced me to a pretty awesome "race": Start up at the top of one of the hills (like on the BRP), put your bike in neutral or off and coast down. First to the bottom wins. It entirely rewards corner speed and brake control. The roads up there are such that there's no lack of speed, that's for sure.

I think I'm at $1995. I cannot and will not bet on the Flyers. 1 on Buffalo; a bet from the heart.\

That was my bike. :(

I saw an article that said IBD had Romney similarly at this point, but rapidly swung just before the election. I don't know the details, but I'm left wondering if the data changed somehow or the poll put a thumb on their scale so they can claim to be right in the end. Ignore the title and video, just read the parts about polling shifts. https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/news/trump-loss-could-mean-hillary-151500454.html

Probably "boring" is less evocative but more acceptable. :)

I assume you have a 5.0; I'd be surprised if a 5.0 could hang in the corners with with even a moderately sporty current car. That's not a slight on the 5.0, just that 20+ years of progress have made some incredible strides in handling and braking even for everyday cars. Unless you were planning on doing work on those things and not returning to stock, of course.

Movies / TV Shows - I Have Watched / Plan To Watch
MattPie replied to Sabres Fan in NS's topic in The Aud Club
Admiral, a Dutch historical drama about Admiral De Ruyter, a naval hero. Frankly, I don't know much about his era on history or speak Dutch (of which about 80% of the movie spoken in), but Netflix kept telling me to watch it and it's up around 5 stars so I gave it a shot. It's not bad at all, I'd watch it again. Lots of ships and cannons, a bunch of political treachery stuff. Plus, stars Dutch Ron Jeremy in the lead role. -
Heh, I don't know if I'd do it in the diesel; I'd be too embarrassed holding everyone else up and I'm not sure the turn-outs are big enough to let people by. I've been lucky enough to run those roads a few times with minimal traffic on Wednesdays. I've never really been in that area when it was busy, and I'm glad.

As Drunkard mentioned, 30 minutes of game action. Years ago in the UK they'd have 30 minute slots on Monday for each game and show what sounds like the same compressed version. Good work! For normal desktops, it's not really worth building but you can save a ton of cash building gaming systems. The only thing I'll say is wifi's inherent latency sucks for twitch games, wired is a lot better. :)

I'm interested in that as well. I will say that if there was any meat to it, *someone* would have details if only to be apologists. My bias is saying Trump is just flinging against the wall, but I'd like someone to actually refute it.

I could go for some Okpopho for dinner tomorrow.

RWD got a bad name in the US because the old cars had like 65% of the weight on the front wheels. If you pick up a car that's closer to 50/50, they apparently handle pretty well in the snow. Cars that are close to 50/50 are BMWs, Miata (believe it or not, other than the clearance they're apparently fantasic in the snow). I'd bet a set of snows on the Buick would make for some fun.
