It be interesting to run those for other teams. It wouldn't surprise me if teams are often out-shot in wins as the losing team throws everything at the net in the third to try to tie it up. I'd also bet the Sabres' is among the more drastic differences with the Ala-mode system that goes into place once we're up by a goal.

Maybe. I don't think the D is as bad as HHDCRGDDB's system makes them look. The roster for the system is hopelessly flawed; I'm not ready to hang GMTM until I see these players on a system that works to their strengths. If there's not a new coach by May 1st, and GMTM has a say in it, I'm ready to fire everyone.

If I were more motivated, I'd make charts with the Carious (TM MattPie) teams and they ranges they could finish, but frankly I'm not going to waste any more time on this team until they start playing more interesting hockey.

That's the big question, right? I think it has to be his system, as we have more talent than Carolina (the team in the "good" pictures), but they're in the same place in the standings. If anything, the long pass requires more talent than we have, making short passes with 2-3 options is an easier play than hitting a guy with and he knocking down an 80-foot rocket.
