My hatred for him as a hockey player is very strong...I dont care how many faceoffs he won when it comes down to having to make a pass or a shot on net or pretty much anything associated with a hockey play at a key moment of need in a game you can count on him failing.....He is a waste on this team....

Yeh Pominville on the last goal was torture to watch... And another thing..I am FREAKING SICK OF CHOKIN HECHT..OMG he is freaking terrible.....We were finally rid of him and we bring him back...JC play the kid let him learn...The one time Chokin actualy had a shot he missed the net from 7 feet out..I thiink u would have actually had to try to miss it he was so in front of the net..LOL...HE SUCKS, He is TERRIBLE, HE is CHOKIN JOCHEN... Buffalo's Mikhail Grigorenko may play his sixth NHL game against Toronto on Tuesday and since he's coming off a 17-minute effort in Washington, the thinking is he's more likely to stay than go back to the Quebec Remparts but no final decision has been made. He should stay IMO. He is already one of better faceoff men and he seems to be in the right spots in the offensive zone to score. He is only going to get better, and this team needs him. If they send him down I would have to conclude that Regier is saving him for a full year and doesnt think his team is going anywhere this year. Which I think anyways..There are arguments good for both sides but as a fan I want to watch him now and give me something exciting to watch the game for... I still cant believe that Jochen Hecht is on this team..Couldnt help it... :ph34r:

I think and please dont snap on me if ive misinterpeted the context is...He means that for the past 3 yrs this team or socalled "core" players have played with absolutely zero "passion" or "motivation". Its been so long since they played maybe we have forgotten the zero effort we watched for the majority of the season and the question that is now being asked by this move is why bring back a major flaw in that effort? I tried..lol

Its been THE MISSING PIECE TO THE PUZZLE since 07...They really should have this cleared up by now I think....There are no phrases I know to describe the ignorance of this move if they are counting on him to be a center, or even depth for it at this point...

Im interested to see how the center position plays out no doubt. They have been in need of help theyre since 07. Also the Goalie position looks to be getting to the point where the SAbres have 3 maybe four really good pawns in the chess game.... I think that Darcy has some very interesting choices he will be forced to make in a short period, his tenure has shown he is not interested in making choices in a timely manner to say the least. Grigorenko and the lack of centers on the NHL team makes for his first decision, if I had my crystal ball and seeing how Darcy has acted in the past I would venture to say Grigorenko stays in Quebec, and we go with Ennis, Hodgson, Ellis and either Leino or they sign another center or Luke Adam gets another shot...

Do you mean buying out Miller and Vanek or trading them?

I have this to say about the "NHLPA" Any Union in America that is locked out of work would not allow its members to go work somewhere else. Thats not a union .. So this" union" can go screw itself as far as Im concerned. I hope they dont play, if you want to control your own income go own a business and have at it, otherwise be thankful you make what you do and pray you never have to earn a check like the rest of the real Planet..Im so tired of these players. Im sick of hearing about the negotiations. I wouldnt cry one tear or feel one bit of anguish if the owners said to hell with you and shut the league down until the players beg for work...

Thats because the 16% are the ones in the Negotiating Room...If you cant agree on a deal then Owners start another league and players go start one yourself with all the money you have..Make your own rules and be happy. ;)

I never jumped on the MIller is great wagon...I never liked his aura he put out..Seemed like he was blessing us with his presence attitude..As for me I dont have a he can stay or go attitude, I cant wait for the day he leaves or gets traded...Why he is even being put into the Top level voices in the NHLPA upper echelon is beyond me..He has stunk it up since the Crosby treated him like the lil B%$#^ he is in the olympics.. Every time he is interviewed he puts the impression out that we are not worthy...Screw Him....

I hear u..The thing that really bothers me most of all is its been a very long time since we had a power forward with really high potential, in this time in the NHL they are few and far between, did he come in and light it up? Nope..But he showed some really awesome flashes of what he can do... I guess the reality of the deal is we needed a center, hell we need another one still, but that problem has been our biggest need for 5 yrs and now we deal our biggest and best prospect for one....MAybe its Darcy finally admitting it and doing his best to get one...Im just not happy with who dealt to get one.... Time will tell.. We still are stuck with a bunch of underperforming overpaid players....So confused......

What I am saying is they told Kassian to learn how to position himself, win the battle in the corners and in front of the net and to tone down his over aggresiveness... That takes time to learn when your use to blasting everyone in and around you. Its a learning curve...

How do we know Kassian isnt the tough guy? He was told to tone it down and learn the finer points of playing wing in the NHL..So he is learning that and toning it down so the media says after we deal him he wasnt all that tough...LOL..BS...We need to get bigger tougher and we go smaller quicker again....I think that is the way the Sabres think they can win in the NHL...McNabb will be gone next yr..... I hope Hodgson is what they say he is and evrything works out fine but damn the Sabres sure send confusing signals on which way they want to take this team to say the least..
