I will re-iterate how big of a mistake it was not to pay what the Jets were asking to trade for Teddy Bridgewater in pre-season. I know inter-division trades are difficult, but if we beat NO's offer I don't see how we don't get him. If we used one of our 3rds from this draft for that we aren't in this cluster.

I like the second and the third line. the third line with Berglund and Sobotka could be a very good low-event line to stifle others. We got killed by the MacKinnon line yesterday. Also - Larsson on the bench!!

I think Woody one-upped me with the Sauna addition. Then again he just bought that swanky bachelor pad in the southtowns, so he has the space to do all that crazy $hit. I like how the focal point is the toilet/duvet masterpiece. ?

Only thing I can think of is that he likes how the ERod line is working so far, and wanted to make changes to the one line that isn't quite clicking now, which is Casey and Tage. But it's still garbage.

The other thing about Larsson as compared to Elie, is that while the puck skills may be a wash between the two, the speed and forecheck effort is night and day in Elie's favor. If we are going to have filler on the 4th line forwards, i'd much rather it be guys who fit with the team strategy of speed and aggressiveness. Zemgus has some speed as well and seems to be doing well in his current role.
