not only can I say yes I have seen elite potential from Myers the past 2 season, I will also say I have seen elite play within that timeframe also. As far as Kessel is concerned. I don't like his game and I think he would be a poor fit for the sabres. He has a combination of skills and shortcomings that don't help a team greatly. He has world class speed.... but not a great stickhandler, has a elite shoot.... but seems unwilling to go to the dirty areas, on top of that he is a average passer and has been labeled moody and enigmatic. Now maybe that is just the toronto media and spotlight. But the fact that boston was willing to trade him inside the division makes me question him being worth trading for. I think it would be better to see if he goes UFA when he is eligible and if so maybe sign him.

the plastic boots ones are meant to offer your ankle no flex. Kinda like a ski boot imo. I will say if you plan to play any hockey outside on pavement then make sure your inlines have some type of plastic on the toe and the inside where the toe part ends.

I dont know that your post is directed at me but i will take as such. I dont want teppo playing nor hank back in blue and gold. I am saying that is the style of D partner Myers seems to do best with. But by all means in true buffalo fandom fashion take what was said and go ad nasuem with it

Winning the draw can and does help a team. BUT in remembering the fabled and legendary (to some posters here) Sabres teams in the mid to late 90s, constantly losing the draw can make it easier on your wingers and D. If they know your gonna lose the draw then they can just jump to that play instead. and yes that last part was said during one of the sabres playoff runs in the 90's either by Lorenz or a national tv commentator

Guerin was certainly not an elite beastial winger by the time Crosby won his cup Kane wasn't tried at center until this past season, I don't recall Sharp playing alot of center until after the year they won the cup, and Hossa whilest a great player I would not call him a powerforward let alone a beastial winger Marchand is a elite center? does he even play center?

There is so much talent on defense for the sabres that i get heated just thinking about how much they have been sucking. I really think the problem might be patrick. Regardless of who is at fault i think the play of the defense is gonna be what gets Ruff fired
