i predict more of the same from this team with a dash of mayhem as players like Ott, kaleta, and stafford (yes i said stafford) go apeshit on some players

I can only think of 2 players in all the NHL that fit that description and I don't see boston nor nashville trading them

I've seen Marcus throwing hits. He needs to throw more of them but he isn't acting like some firstline superstar and just stickchecking people out there

I really don't understand the whole fun to watch or entertainment talk about the ted Nolan teams. Other then enjoying watching the most exciting innovative goalie of the generation thous teams where brutal to watch. Wanna know the difference between the sabres of then and this season? Ted didn't have vanek and we don't have hasek. If I had a parrot back in the 90s it would said "CLEAR THE EFFING ZONE" and "ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME"

I remember this team before ruff and they sucked if we hadn't lucked into getting Hasek we woulda been worse then the expansion Senators

my feelings of sadness, excitement, and surprise are muted to indifference with the news that Rolston is the interm coach. My only hope is I am completly wrong in my opinion of his coaching ability or that he will not be named head coach after this season

it would be cooler if they cared about all the players.... What I don't understand is why the NHLPA doesn't demand harsher penalities for stuff like this. Maybe it is because I have never been apart of a union but it just seems wrong to me that the union that is suppose to protect you would be like Bob we want you to have a safer work enviroment but we just can't let your employeer tell billy bob that he cant juggle his chainsaws in the break room

I don't agree with that about wingers. IMO your center has to be fairly skilled if not the most skilled on his line and a good skater. Ennis fills both thous needs. Until someone with more size comes along that is nearly as skilled and nearly as quick as him this team will be better with him at center

and the same people that jumped on the Enroth for starter bandwagon jumped on the Patrick for HC bandwagon. Patrick is in charge of the defensmen and all of the defensemen have looked lost and out of position far to much this season. that was when Ruff was recovering from Leo trying to assassinate him during practise

Firing Patrick might do that.............

I still maintain that Ennis is better in the center of the ice then on the wall. Unless Ruff changes his systems to something more complicated (like these players could handle more complicated) where the wingers are in open ice Ennis is better off at center

If they want Ennis then we should give them nothing more then our 4th or 5th rated D prospect. Ennis for ORielly is near equal to me one is just more offensive and the other more of a all around game
