the concept of MAG has made me worry about getting attached to any sabres defenseman prospects. Then there was McNabb coming in here like the second coming of Rob Blake. I didnt really notice Chad other then the bits Razor pointed out (not noticing a Dman is a good thing alot of times). Also Nfreeman I disagree about Pysyk. I have liked his game since he got called up. I view Pysyk as a well rounded Dman that has a bit more in the skating and joining the rush department.

because male sports are a fairly large area where you can or could be very biased and hateful of gay people. Look at that cornerback for the 49ers around super bowl time. I agree with you that I like my sports to be seperate from politics and human/civil rights. But the sad fact is they have always been linked even if we never noticed them before.

I agree with ott that the new and young players shouldnt hear it for all the previous seasons of frustration. But as some have said upthread. Give us some good hockey and the booing will go away.

Hockey fans in buffalo are generally hockey savvy. We cheer good hard working hockey. give us a steady stream of that and the booing generally goes away. Give us uninspired lazy hockey and expect us to call it out with whatever means we have. This isnt a sunbelt area we know hockey and wont blindly cheer poor work.
