    I can see that having a impact on his ppg but his shooting % shouldn't be impacted as badly as it has been.

    I am usually the go to person when the volume is off or cant be heard for games. If your gonna tell me you just love the game then you have to take the time to at least learn the signals..... same goes for hockey....... damned fairweather yuppie fans I never have issue with the underlined..... and It is one of the sports I always make sure to watch during the summer games. Granted I do normally track it down on the "other" channels for round robin play

    he has already dominated there, so I am not really impressed. I am much more interested in how he comes into camp and how he plays in the AHL/NHL next year

    I am really interested in understanding the major drop in Drews shooting % take out the contract year and he has basicly gotten worse and worse every year he has been in the league. Is he just taking more low % shots?

    in my opinion he does. His defense revolves around being so big you cant get around him and his skating is subpar. Fast skaters fly by him less he clips them and smooth stickhandlers can avoid his stick checks. Hell i would go so far as to say gill is chara with 1/4 the skill

    if bigger ice gets rid of the Chara/Gill type of defense in the NHL I am all for it. I enjoy watching good defense being played (skating, body checking, stick checking, more skating). what I can't stand is the poor skating behemoths where the only role they play is to skate their little area and take up space. It was one of the reasons I was so high on Myers potential.

    This whole arguement about pegula meddleing is based on pegula not knowing what he is doing and insisting that his idea/way is right. I can agree that he wouldnt know how to build a hockey team. But i dont see him being bullheaded and insisting his way is the right way. I keep seeing the erhoff thing coming up. What if the way it went down was pegula asked regier why erhoffs name has never come up as a FA target and the answer was we never had the resources to target the high end FAs. Is it then meddleing if he says you have what you need to pursue him?
