I have been waiting a long time to say this, P.K. Subban is the kind of defender you build your team around I don't think there is another defender in the league i would take over him. nfl contracts are possibly the worst contracts in professional sports (I know nothing of soccer contracts). The fact that a team can void a contract nearly at will is insane. I can't fault a player for asking for more and more money when they get max leverage from on field play (Peters) or to be paid the highest at their position (Byrd). Has to be a better way contracts could be handled.

from what i remember hearing both Martin and the producers have been on record as saying the show is almost certain to wrap before the books and they would not drag things out a few season just to make it the other way around

Ryan O`Rielly had what 2 PIM this season? is he passive? The Sabres need high end offensive talent and at the moment the only prospect that has shown even a glimpse of it is Grigerinko. Think on that for a minute. the greatest offensive prospect we have is a guy that people are having serious doubts about him ever cracking the top 6. Unless you project Bennett producing on the same level as Reinhart I just don't see how you can pass on Reinhart if he is available.
