The espn+ games can be watched regardless of local market if it is espn+ exclusive. I was able to watch the msg aired sabres game 30 some hours after it aired. It was listed as blacked out originally

Espn+ gives you all games that are not nationally broadcast or local blackout. I can confirm you can watch complete sabres games sometime after 24 hours from live airing. I have not checked on the nationally televised games for on demand status
